These terms govern your use of palmettolocksupply.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before buying.

1. Who We Are

Palmetto Lock Supply is a wholesale supplier of automotive locksmith products, based in Hallandale Beach, Florida, and shipping throughout the United States.

2. Professional Use Only

Our products are sold for use by licensed locksmiths, automotive technicians and qualified trade professionals. Key programmers, transponder keys, key cutting machines and lock bypass tools are professional equipment.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are purchasing for a lawful professional or business purpose;
• You hold any licence or certification your state or local jurisdiction requires for the work you intend to perform;
• You will use the products only on vehicles and property you own or are authorised to service.

We reserve the right to request proof of trade credentials before fulfilling an order, and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Lawful Use

You agree not to use any product purchased from us to gain unauthorised access to a vehicle, building or property, or for any other unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws applicable to your work.

4. Orders and Acceptance

An order placed on our site is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel the order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was published in error, or we cannot verify the payment or shipping details.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is applied at checkout where applicable. Prices and availability may change without notice.

We make every effort to keep product information accurate, but descriptions, specifications, vehicle coverage and images are provided by manufacturers and may contain errors or change without notice. If a product is not as described, your remedy is a return under our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Available-to-Order Items

Items marked Available to Order are not held in our warehouse and are supplied directly by the manufacturer. Availability, lead time and configuration are confirmed with you before payment is taken. Published prices for these items are indicative until confirmed.

7. Vehicle Coverage and Compatibility

Vehicle coverage for keys, remotes and programming equipment depends on make, model, model year, region, software version and required accessories. Coverage information is supplied by the manufacturer and changes with software updates.

It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before ordering. Contact us with your vehicle details and we will help you verify coverage. We do not warrant that any product will perform a specific function on a specific vehicle.

8. Software, Licences and Updates

Diagnostic and programming equipment includes manufacturer software licensed to you by the manufacturer, not by us, and subject to the manufacturer's own terms. Software subscriptions and update periods are stated on each product page and are non-refundable once activated.

9. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand and model. We provide no warranty of our own. Except as stated in our Returns & Refunds policy, products are supplied without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, vehicle damage, downtime, or the cost of labour or replacement parts arising from the use, misuse or failure of any product.

11. Shipping and Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

12. Payment and Chargebacks

Payment is taken in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being closed and future orders declined.

13. Intellectual Property

All site content is owned by Palmetto Lock Supply or its suppliers. Brand names, product names and logos are the property of their respective owners. Reference to a manufacturer does not imply that we are an authorised dealer of that brand unless expressly stated.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect when you place your order is the one that applies.
