Palmetto Lock Supply ships throughout the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are counted from the day the package ships, not from the day the order is placed. They are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

Orders of $199 or more weighing up to 3 lbs ship free via USPS Ground Advantage. Faster services remain available at the rates above.

Selected professional equipment ships free regardless of order value. Free shipping is shown at checkout where it applies.

Processing Time

In-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day are prioritized for same-day processing and are typically handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Items marked Available to Order are supplied directly by the manufacturer and are not held in our warehouse. Lead times for these items vary and are confirmed with you before payment is taken.

Orders With Multiple Items

Some products ship from our fulfilment in Florida and others ship directly from the manufacturer. If your order contains both, it may arrive in separate shipments at no extra cost to you, and shipping is calculated separately for each. You'll receive tracking for each shipment as it leaves.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and packages returned to us as undeliverable are subject to a re-shipping charge.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of the expected or actual delivery date and we'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.

Lithium Battery Products

Jump starters and certain tools contain lithium batteries and ship by ground transport only, in line with federal regulations. Expedited air service is not available for these items.
