Tax-Exempt Account
If you resell the products you buy from us, you can set up a tax-exempt account and shop without sales tax. It only takes a few minutes.
How to apply
- Create a customer account on our website (or log in if you already have one).

Email your resale certificate to sales@palmettolocksupply.com with the following information:
- Business name
- Contact name
- The email address registered on your Palmetto Lock Supply account
- State(s) where you operate
- We'll review it and activate your account within 6 business hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's ready.
Accepted documents
- Valid state resale certificate or exemption certificate
- Florida Annual Resale Certificate (for Florida businesses)
- Multistate certificates (SST or MTC Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate)
Good to know
- Tax exemption applies to orders placed after your account is approved.
- Make sure the email you send us matches the one on your account, so we can link the exemption correctly.
- Certificates must be valid and up to date. We may request an updated copy when yours expires.
